Sowing seeds of Health, attain the physical wealth!

Think about the last time your friend commented on your weight gain and you were instantly motivated to lose weight and become fit; but two days down the struggle you decided it is not your cup of tea and quit ? Yeah it is very common scenario for many people, not entirely your fault. Fitness can be called as journey rather than a destination, a journey that doesn’t end. Thus, being consistent with your workouts, sticking to a good nutrition plan & having a strong mind set can help you reach your fitness goals.  Before you start with any fitness journey, you need to keep a few things in mind. Firstly, set your mind-set right, as it is the mind-set that differentiates the best from the rest. Secondly, you need to know what works well for you, there are plenty of resources on the internet but any random routine may not work for you, and so it is best to seek an experienced trainer for your proper workout routine and nutrition and this is where I can help you in your journey to get fit.  For a successful fitness journey, there are few major elements that need to be focused on; they are workout routine, good nutrition, sleep, lower stress levels, consistency and support. A proper workout routine has the ability to promote strong bones and muscles improving the respiratory as well as cardiovascular health. It also boosts stamina and immunity, thus it is a must when you start your journey. Thirdly, good nutrition, what you eat is what you are. Nutritious meal plans don’t have to be anything fancy. It can be simple home cooked food which are easy to cook that doesn’t require too much time etc but the key is what to cook and in what quantities to be consumed.  This helps in increasing the metabolism, improves digestion, brings in protein and antioxidants and helps in reducing inflammation and muscle building. Sleep is also a major part as it controls your diet, so an adequate sleep of 7 to 8 hours a day can help you relieve your stress, build your muscle and tissues and loose fat. Consistency is the key to any achievement, you might take time to achieve your desired result but you can always notice the progress you have made throughout. Thus being consistent can be very beneficial to your journey. Support, is a broad aspect. It is laborious to stick to a plan. Having your friends/siblings/significant other involved can help you accomplish your target and keep you motivated. Thus, keeping all these in mind your fitness journey can take off. Your lifestyle affects your fitness journey in various ways, so if there is a need to create certain healthy lifestyle, don’t refrain from it. Movement is medicine for the body.  The more your body moves, the better it is for your joints and muscles, better is the digestion, and better is the calorie burn so keep moving to get fit. Remember, no pain no gain so push yourself and train.
