I tried diets.
I exercised harder.
I blamed myself every time I started over.
What I eventually discovered changed everything.
The problem wasn’t my motivation.
It wasn’t my willpower.
It was that no one had ever taught me how my brain and body actually work together.
Today, I help women stop fighting themselves, build healthy habits that last, and create a life where health feels natural instead of exhausting.
14+ Years of Experience
2,500+ Women’s Lives Transformed
One Mission: Help One Million Women Stop Starting Over
If you had met me as a teenager, you probably wouldn’t have imagined I’d one day dedicate my life to helping women transform their health.
Like many women, I struggled with my weight from a young age. Throughout my teenage years, I carried extra weight and, with it, the constant feeling that my body wasn’t good enough. I became painfully aware of every comment, every comparison and every failed attempt to lose weight.
When my wedding approached, I was determined to change. Through sheer willpower, discipline and relentless effort, I lost the weight. Like so many women, I believed I had finally figured it out.
But life had other plans.
Marriage brought new responsibilities. Then came motherhood.
After having my two beautiful children, I found myself right back where I had started, caught in the familiar cycle of gaining weight, losing weight, trying again, and starting over. I knew what healthy living looked like. I understood nutrition. I knew the importance of exercise.
Yet knowing wasn’t always enough.
That question stayed with me:
Why is it so much harder to stay consistent than it is to start?
Determined to understand health on a deeper level, I immersed myself in learning. I became a certified fitness trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition coach and continued investing in education that would allow me to help other women avoid the struggles I had experienced.
In 2012, I turned that passion into reality by opening Fitness Mania Studio, an all-women fitness studio built on the belief that every woman deserves a safe, supportive space to become healthier and stronger.
That single decision changed my life.
For more than a decade, I had the privilege of coaching thousands of women through their own transformations. Every day I showed up to teach classes, motivate members and build a thriving community. Looking back, it appeared that I had mastered consistency.
For eleven years, I never questioned it.
I believed consistency had simply become part of who I was.
In 2021, I came across this FB ad that focused on procrastination and how to achieve bigger goals. I knew I wanted to do bigger in life, and after attending that training program by Success Gyan, I realised I’m playing small. I could impact so many women across India. I enrolled in a 6-month journey called Way of the Champion with Thaddeus Lawrence (Asia’s leading Success Coach), which focused on personal development, championship mindset, and championship energy, and created a big shift in me.
I got into coaching digitally the same year with another mentor of mine, Siddharth Rajsekar, India’s leading digital coach and launched my online community to reach out to more women who needed help to lose weight but were stuck in the weight loss-weight gain loop and unable to maintain their weight. Both are still my mentors till date.
In June 2022 I did my Train The Trainer Certification and in November completed Making the Stage. I got the opportunity to train amongst the best with Blair Singer, Mac Attaram, Larry and Zoltan. I continued to do online certifications with Blair through Success Gyan, to continue my journey of self-development. That’s when I realised with all the knowledge I have, I need to share more out there. I wanted to add more value to people’s lives so they can create better versions of themselves.
Then I made one of the biggest decisions of my career.
I chose to close the physical studio and move my coaching online so I could reach and impact women far beyond the four walls of my gym.
I thought the transition would be simple.
Instead, it became one of the greatest lessons of my life.
Without my daily classes, without members waiting for me, without the structure of the studio, I suddenly found myself struggling to stay consistent.
The irony wasn’t lost on me.
After helping thousands of women build healthier lives, I was asking myself the very same questions they had asked me for years.
“Why am I procrastinating?”
“Why am I finding it so hard to follow through?”
“Why do I know exactly what I should be doing, but I’m still not doing it consistently?”
At first, I was frustrated.
Then I became curious.
Instead of asking,
“How can I force myself to become more disciplined?”
I started asking a different question.
“What if consistency isn’t about discipline at all?”
That single question led me into one of the deepest learning journeys of my life.
I immersed myself in understanding the brain, behaviour, habits, emotional regulation, movement, motivation, nervous system science and the powerful relationship between our brain and body.
What I discovered transformed not only the way I coached, but the way I lived.
I realised that for years, my consistency hadn’t been built on motivation or extraordinary discipline. It had been supported by an external structure.
My daily classes created accountability.
My schedule created rhythm.
My members gave me purpose.
When that structure disappeared, I had to learn how to create consistency from within instead of depending on what existed around me.
That journey became the foundation of what I now call Brain-Body Fitness.
Because lasting consistency isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about understanding how your brain, body, emotions and environment work together.
When you understand your brain, you stop blaming yourself.
When you understand your body, you stop fighting it.
When you create rhythms that fit your real life, healthy habits become easier to repeat.
Today, after more than 14 years of coaching and supporting over 2,500 women, I don’t believe the biggest challenge women face is a lack of information.
Most women already know what they should eat.
They know they should move more.
They know they should sleep better.
They know what healthy looks like.
The real challenge is turning that knowledge into consistent action, especially when life becomes busy, stressful or unpredictable.
That’s why I created Brain-Body Fitness and The Consistency Code™.
Not to teach women another diet.
Not to sell another workout plan.
But to help them rebuild something even more valuable:
Self-trust.
My mission is to help one million women stop fighting their bodies, understand their brains and create a life where health feels natural, joyful and sustainable.
Because I no longer believe the goal is simply to lose weight.
The goal is to become the kind of woman who knows how to come back.
The kind of woman who keeps promises to herself.
The kind of woman who doesn’t quit on herself.
Because when a woman learns to trust herself again, everything changes.
